Trial period (0 - 12 Weeks) = Contractor Base + $5/Hour

the basics:

  • 3 matched candidates for you to interview based on our proprietary matching algorithm

  • payment only begins if you approve the candidate

  • contractor works 20 hours/week during trial period

  • you can move on to another candidate or cancel the service whenever you decide - no long term commitment

  • a two week deposit is required to commence. Unused hours of pay are returned to you upon termination of services

  • pay us with just a credit card or bank transfer

  • Stafiniti handles everything: payments to contractor, contract negotiations, hiring, firing, etc.

what we also provide during the trial period:

  • weekly 1-hour strategy call with Stafiniti to support onboarding and share best practices (only during trial)

  • dedicated Stafiniti Slack channel for Q&A with 24-hour response time

  • access to Stafiniti network if you want to change candidates

  • access to Stafiniti training videos to help ramp up your contractor (at an added cost of $500 flat)

  • access to Stafiniti models

Full time = Contractor Base + $5/Hour …OR 6 months’ salary buyout

after your trial period, assuming you liked the candidate:

  • the candidate will transition to a full time contractor (40 hours per week recommended)

upon which you can:

  • continue to outsource everything to Stafiniti including: contractor payment, latest salary intel and strategy, Slack support channel, firing (if needed), etc. at the same $5/hour spread.

or you can buy the candidate out for 6 months’ salary, after which:

  • contractor is moved to your books and the contract is moved to your name (we can redline as needed)

  • you no longer pay the $5/hour spread

  • you will handle all payments and liability towards the contractor moving forward

  • you will take the risk if the contractor decides to quit shortly thereafter - no refunds

  • you lose access to the Stafiniti’s: dedicated Slack channel, contractor network, latest wages/salary research & intel, models, and training videos… until you sign up again for a new candidate =)
